HotWind infrared saunas! Through our unique partnership with
HotWind Sauna Equipment Co., LTD., of China; and our extraordinary
purchasing power, we are able to bring these fantastic infrared saunas
to the US market.
We provide our infrared sauna dealers with "top to bottom" service. We import hundreds of infrared sauna units into the US every year. We warehouse them in our centrally-located warehousing facility. We ship the saunas right to our dealer's showrooms or we can also drop-ship them to our dealer's customers. We handle all warranty and non-warranty after the sale. All we require of our dealers is a commitment to sell the best infrared saunas available!!
As a direct importer for HotWind infrared saunas, we are able to provide many different sizes and models. We are also experienced with custom orders - if you have a specific size or need please let us know!

HotWind saunas are a natural wood product. As they are exposed to heating and cooling cycles as well as to humidity, both environmental and human perspiration, the wood will have some minor degree of warping and cracking, as all real wood saunas will. This is natural and does not affect the function of the sauna, and is in no way an indication of poor quality, and is not a warranty issue.
The fit and finish of HotWind saunas are reflective of the purpose of the sauna: an inexpensive yet attractive unit to allow the function of a sauna. Sauna finishes are not intended to be the same as finishes found in expensive dining room furniture, yet they certainly are finished well enough for the reasonable price.
We always want our customers to be educated buyers, because they will be satisfied customers. Feel free to ask us any questions you have about our saunas, and don't be mislead buy others telling you that our saunas are not as good as others, that they are cheap imitations, and that they are not genuine HotWind saunas. Those comments are simply not true.

The photos, specifications, and details we list in our auction are as accurate as we can obtain from the manufacturer at the time of listing.
